The Red Lion - Denbighshire

This was the first time visiting The Red Coffee Shop (been to the Pub a few times) we will definately be back We had Welsh Rarebit with Bacon , a Ham and Cheese Toastie and a Tuna Crunch Toastie washed down with a lovely cold beer for the adults Great Value , Great Venue , Great Location , Great Service and Absolutely Delicious Michelle, Rog Louie

I attended the waterfall at 7.15pm across the road which is meant to have toilets however they were locked. I politely asked the staff member if I could use the toilets and explained the public were locked earlier than expected and we were in the middle of nowhere. With a smile on his face he said no and that it was for customers only. I could see 6 people in the place. I have also worked in catering and hospitality and I just don't think this is a hospitable attitude. I would happily have bought something if I wasn't travelling with young children.

Good coffee shop. Staff were great. It is clean and neat.

Had a lovely lunch catch up today. 5/5 handbag cafe review. We get good vibes in here love the decor. Nice, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend you try here. Bar to the left with seating and leather sofas. Coffee and cake bar to the right with a light lunch menu. Nice cake choices all freshly baked on the premises. Breakfast menu available until 12. Now open daily. Seating in the front and back areas. Gorgeous lighting and colour schemes and check out the pop/rock memorabilia. Recommend you visit the rest room/toilets just to see the gallery of framed posters on the walls. Twin turntables area open Friday nights for dancing with DJ Mike Peters from The Alarm (it’s a fab night out for all ages) Dyserth waterfalls opposite for a great walk.

I just don’t understand this place. We have been in couple of times and it’s amazing. We made it a destination place, but the opening hours are bizarre. We have been twice in last 2 days, lights on music playing outside, staff wandering around inside but it’s shut. You have a great product but I’m not sure what market you are selling in. Bar/cafe/niche. The inside is a credit to you. Just open more !!!!!
