Denali Park Salmon Bake

I was recommended to visit Denali Park Salmon Bake, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The restaurant has a charming rustic ambiance located on the main highway, right across from a lodge. Our waiter, Eli, was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was outstanding and there was plenty of it. I highly recommend this place if you're ever in Alaska!

This restaurant comes highly recommended for a meal before or after your visit to Denali National Park. Be sure to try the Halibut—it’s excellent! They also do a fantastic job with King Crab and Salmon. Enjoy these Alaskan delicacies alongside a local beer for a perfect dining experience!

I had a fantastic meal here back in 2019 and was really looking forward to returning, but it seems they are now semi-permanently closed. Apparently, the roof of the dining room collapsed.

LOVED IT! Great service from Josh! Fun atmosphere, good beer, good food at reasonable prices. So full, took chocolate and blueberry pies to go, also delicious! Two halibut tacos was plenty to eat with shared yak quesadillas. Great place!

Phenomenal food!! Hands down one of the best restaurants I've been to. The elk and yak was cooked perfectly and tasted wonderful. The decor is very rustic and unique. I'll definitely be back! Big thanks to Ely for the awesome service!
