I'm not sure if people are posting reviews for the right places, but I ordered online (grilled tilapia with rice and vegetables) around 7 PM, picked up my food, and checked my order before leaving the restaurant—NO COMPLAINTS! Just a heads up: make sure to ask for your drinks because they might not remind you. I didn’t have any issues with the service at all. However, if you plan to call and ask 50 questions without leaving a tip for their time, it might be better to just order online. Just saying… they’re busy preparing your food.

The food is good and the staff are friendly, but they could improve their customer service a bit. Food: 4, Service: 3, Atmosphere: 3.

The customer service was great, I guess that kinda makes up for the food. I asked for jumbo shrimp and I got what you would call mini. There were two times more onions than shrimp. The so called salad came with maybe a teaspoon of dressing. There's a sign that says check your bag before you leave. Definitely follow those instructions because it's not worth your hard earned money. Service: Take out
