Boston Gourmet Coffeehouse - DeLand

This charming coffee shop was fantastic! The coffee was freshly brewed with some really unique flavors. The food was delicious, and the service was quick. We took our order to go since the tables were full, but the breakfast and brunch options looked wonderful. There were also many beautiful pastries and cakes to choose from—don't miss the cheesecake! The staff was incredibly friendly, and we definitely plan to return. The shop closes at 3 PM, which is typical for Deland and coffee shops in general. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience!

Once inside, I felt as though I'd been transported back to the 1700s. The dark wood of the interior walls, floors, shelves, tables, and chairs softens the light, creating a lovely atmosphere. I've enjoyed all the food I've tried here, but the highlight for me is their specialty coffees. One of my favorites is the Nutty Irish Lady, which I like to order with coconut milk instead of regular milk. They also have special boards that change regularly, adding surprise to each visit. The coffee is served in delightful mugs that enhance the experience even further. Their dessert case is incredible too! To balance out those indulgent desserts, the hot food options lean towards healthier choices. I appreciate that the food feels good for you without being too heavy for breakfast or lunch. Whether you stop by for just a coffee or indulge in a wonderful morning treat, this place is definitely worth a visit!

The French toast is definitely superior to the pancakes! The prices are quite reasonable too. It can get rather crowded and finding a table might be a challenge, but it has the charm of a typical cozy coffee shop.

Stopped at this cute spot for breakfast on our way out of camping in DeLand, this is located in a beautiful downtown area with lots of restaurants and stores for shopping. The coffee I got (caramocha) was soooo delicious and we had soups, wraps, french toast, sandwiches and they were all delicious...I tried the special of the day which was Chipotle chicken on focaccia bread and it was amazing!!!

Coffee was amazing along with the dessert. I will say the staff didn’t seem happy I understand it was busy but definitely felt like they could have a smile behind the counter other wise everything was amazing :
