Pam was an Excellent server, she was friendly, knowledgeable,and attentive. Delicious BBQ brisket tater tots and sweet tea margarita,and great ribs for the price. We Will return.
Definitely thr best BBQ in town. The ribs were juicy and they served actual portions of food vs the other bbq joints in town. The brisket was great and the sides were all perfect. This is the only place in town that has the portion control correct, the meat is always more abundant than the sides.
Tables were really dirty. And after getting my Safety and Sanitation certificate Serv Pro. I pay attention to my surroundings more than before. The table gets wiped down but when it comes to cleaning close to the advertising stuff on the table it is a miss. The floor hasn't been cleaned in a very long time and the tables don't get pulled out and the floor cleaned either. Good luck and may the force be with you.Parking: Not bad food haven't gotten sick yet. And sometimes it isn't as clean as it should be. Looking at the entry ways into the back area you can tell the floor hasn't been properly cleaned in a while
We will not be coming back here anymore after this experience. we waited for 5 minutes at hostess stand before being seated. this is not the first time this happened. anyway, server was ok, meal was fine. didn't get coloring book/kids meal for our child but didn't bring it up. what did it for me was when we went to pay we gave our bonus bucks which was a gift from my parents for Christmas with gift card for a very large amount they purchased. when they got the gift card they said the bonus bucks came with it for spending more on gc and it was just like a gift card just called bonus bucks. since Christmas we have used up the gift card but had bonus bucks left for 20$ so we went to use them and server said they were expired. I said we were never told there was an expiration date and she could sell I was upset so went to check if they could honor it and came back with manager who said they could not use them because it was expired and didn't hsvr a code for it and walked away. I have worked in customer service retail and food service and I know that it is more important to make the customer happy and there is always a way to override or comp something, he just didn't care. sadly we will not be back.
