Sbarro - Del Valle

There was a man and two ladies behind the food display, and after the customer in front of me was served, I tried to place my order. But one of the ladies told me to wait. After about five minutes with no one taking my order and another person waiting behind me, I asked the other lady to help me. She seemed new and was still learning the process. I ordered a piece of pizza and a side of mac and cheese, but she had trouble entering my order. Eventually, she managed to get it right and prepared my pizza, but after five minutes, I still didn't know when it would be ready. She told me she saw her ticket had a number on it, but I hadn’t been informed of my number. When I mentioned this, she said she wasn't the person who took my order. In the end, I received my food, but it was a frustrating experience. Other customers who had been served before me were also waiting for their food, and it seemed like they had no choice but to stay and wait as well. Overall, while the snacks here are great, the service could use some improvement.

I visit this restaurant at least once a week for the two-disc combination. It's always fresh, hot, and delicious! The staff is incredibly friendly.

The large pizza comes out quickly, and the staff is friendly. The Cajun chicken is also quite tasty.

This place is expensive as you see it. I know everything has gone up. I bought 2 burritos,and1 chicken tender. $7.95..... This is crazy.

We got the 4 cheese white pizza, it was soooo good! Definitely will be stopping here again.
