However, I find it frustrating that getting an order right can be such a challenge. The chicken pieces used to be larger and superior to those of other fast-food options, but now the nuggets are quite small, and the fillets barely cover the bun. I specifically requested extra pickles, but since it was a to-go order, we ended up with none at all—not even the usual two that come with a sandwich. Despite the young woman ringing it up correctly, printing it on the sandwich box, and listing it on the receipt, there were simply no extra pickles included. It’s worth noting that nobody chooses Chick-fil-A to save money, as it tends to be pricier than many fast-food alternatives, but the quality has typically justified the higher price. While the food still tastes great, the portion sizes have shrunk, and incorrect orders have become a common issue.
