Pho Rio - Del Rio

An authentic Vietnamese restaurant on the borders of México? Apparently. Tested Pho, summer rolls and Vietnamese coffee. Everybody checks for my book. I recommend this experience, but watch the prices, because I did not and I was little surprised that I missed the fish sauce with my roles and picky eggplants... except this excellent one.

I wanted to try something new and this place didn't disappoint. I'll be here soon. The bathroom is great, only in case you have the guys on the pool lol

At first, I'm torn the name! Like PhoRio! The food is excellent! Full taste, your food looks just like the pictures in the menu. They will not be changed shortly. Very well maintained and clean! You have to drink the rainbow! It tastes like these small individual Asian Jellos with a piece of fruit in them. Delish! It even has small pieces of Jello you can drink. I ordered the Bungalow-Tit Neoug Vermicelli Salat (sorry, if I wrote wrong). I recommend it absolutely! It is a semi-dry noodle and vegetable salad. It comes with vegetables, meat of choice, and chopped fried egg rolls that once mixed the salad with crispy and taste, the way a crumb would become a regular salad. New favourite place!!

Great food, awesome atmosphere, good prices! We had the pho and the curry, both were excellent. We are new to town and come from a bigger city where there are more options, so we were thrilled to find this spot. And the food exceeded our expectations! Wish the menu had more options because we will be eating here a lot. Personally, I liked the fact that there was a call button at each table to summon the server, who I found to be very responsive. Some more demanding people might like mandatory two minute check ins but I like not being bothered by a server every two minutes. I thought the call buttons were a nice touch. Definitely will be back soon!

Delicious and fresh pho! Quick service and great space. Look forward to returning when back in Del Rio
