Wakaba - Deerfield

I visited Japan twice and I'm happy to share my experience. Don't hesitate—it's worth your money! I spent a lot of time trying sushi and often felt disappointed, but this place was different. The soba was fantastic, and the sushi reminded me of Osaka. The prices are reasonable for the quality you get. Enjoy your meal!

The food is consistently delicious and fresh, and the prices are reasonable. Hanabi has been our go-to spot for over a decade!

In all the years we've been coming to Hanabi, we've never encountered better sushi! It's always fresh and of the highest quality—even the edamame is superior to anywhere else. The specialty rolls are generously sized, and even the basic rolls are fantastic. I only wish we lived closer; I would order from here all the time!

Amazing and fresh sushi!! As a local I have tried countless other sushi sites in the area and can honestly say that no other sushi compares with Hanabis. The fish is always very fresh and the sushi is made with little rice so you can taste the fish. I never had a bad experience here and continue to order sushi from here at least once a month. My personal favorite roles are the LA role and the Hanabi role. Please visit them if you don't want a delicious sushi! You won't regret it!
