Pizza Hut - Deerfield Beach

I usually love Pizza Hut, but this particular location was the worst. I only ordered from here because the nearby place looked unappetizing. I called for a delivery to my workplace and gave them the business name. The person taking my order asked if I wanted delivery or pickup, to which I replied delivery. They then asked for my specific order details. After placing my order and paying, they told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I double-checked if they meant delivery in 15 minutes, to which they responded that I had said pickup. The confusion continued when another person took over the call and asked if I wanted pickup or delivery. When I explained the mix-up, they asked for my address and then informed me they don't deliver to my area. This whole phone order experience was a communication disaster. Now my card has been charged, I have to wait for a refund, and I'm left without the pizza I wanted.

It has been over two hours since I placed an order with an estimated delivery time of 40 minutes. I still have not received my food. I have reached out to customer service multiple times but have not been able to speak to anyone. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again and do not recommend it if you are looking for a timely meal. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience.

I placed an order with them around 2 hours ago, and they initially told me it would be delivered in 35 minutes. However, they are now not picking up the phone and are saying they are closed. I still have not received my pizza!

I ordered a big pan supreme and paid one. the load had no disposable plates, and when we came home, I found a hand tossed pizza. I called, explained the problem and was put in the handle. dissatisfied, as this load has offered a good service in the past.

Making sure the toppings on each pizza is enough and not making the customers feel like they are only eating a big round flat dough of bread. And also making sure each pizza arrives nice and hot and fresh to each client customers. Thank you Pizza Hut.! Overall this time pizza came hot and fresh and well made.
