Panera Bread - Deerfield Beach

I went to the restaurant on Saturday morning and was disappointed to find that there were no bagels available. To make matters worse, I was charged incorrectly for the wrong items. Additionally, I discovered hair in my bagel. The manager didn’t even bother to apologize for the issues we faced. Overall, a frustrating experience.

We stopped in for a bagel and coffee around 7:15 PM, just before Panera closed at 8:00. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to the cashier, Nikki, who had a distinctly unwelcoming attitude. When we asked to have our bagels sliced, she gave us a rather unpleasant look, as if it were a bothersome request. Then, she questioned whether we really wanted our bagels toasted since they were closing soon. I mean, how long does it take to toast a bagel? We ended up saying no because her demeanor made us uncomfortable when we considered saying yes. Even when we confirmed we would be eating there, she rolled her eyes at us. This was the second time we encountered such poor service at this location, and both times it was from the same cashier. We visited around 7:45 when the store was quite busy. I truly love Panera, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this particular location.

I absolutely love this place! I always visit for the Asiago Bagel and Chocolate Croissant! The establishment is clean and welcoming. The staff behind the counter is constantly busy preparing orders. The aroma of freshly baked goods and bread is incredibly delightful. The passion fruit tea is a fantastic choice if you're looking for hydration and a boost of energy. Plus, the breakfast soufflé is simply amazing!

This may be my favorite pair. Honestly, I'm not the biggest soup and sandwich person, but the staff here is so fantastic and friendly, and it makes me what to come back all the time. They always make me smile and bring happiness to my day. When I thru through the ride, the incredible lady in the window always greets me with a smile. She checks twice when she notices something unusual with my order. For example, I ordered a day of coffee with brown sugar, but forgot the next time. Somehow she remembered my previous order and asked if I needed brown sugar with my coffee. When I go all right, the cashier always smiles and goes out of her way to make sure my food is ready quickly. Once I waited for an order less than 10 minutes, and the lady who prepared my order gave me an additional cookie because she felt bad about my waiting period. I don't know why everyone in this place is so happy and friendly, but if you have to pick me up, that's the place. Besides, how can you go wrong with a flushing cookie? It really has everything. As for food, I'm a big fan of breakfast sandwiches. The combinations of egg/bacon or egg chicken are very delicious; both come with fresh avocado. I also like the pizzas thin and crispy with many options. It's pretty full too. In terms of drinks, the loaded juices are amazing. I like everyone and have even mixed some together based on insider tips from the staff. You will not be tired of all options. If you like me, you can join your sip club and get a new fresh drink every few hours. [UPDATE This place was even better for me when the young lady behind the register found the debit card that I accidentally dropped and asked me to know. Many people wouldn't have bothered, but this cashier saved me a ton of heartache. Thank you.

Well I don?t go as often because I?ve been disappointed in what I?ve gotten in the drive through three times I?ve bought the tuna sandwich with hardly any tuna on it! Then I thought I?d try the grilled cheese and I got two slices of white bread with melted cheese in the middle but it wasn?t grilled !! I know for a fact that grilled cheese is supposed to be grilled!!check your bags and complain we didn?t find out til we get home and just plain fed up for the money I spend if I weren?t sick I would have made the grilled cheese myself! Also this was not a four star rating it was a 1 star not sure why it automatically goes to 4 stars!!!
