Smashburger - Dayton

Eat always amazing! Don't go away without Smashtots!

My husband Cliff and I have eaten three nights in a row here and in his words this cook knows what he does! We have just eaten at every Burgerplatz in the Dayton area and this place is by far the best. In any case recommend :

When I tell you that my crispy chicken sandwich was so hard and burnt that one could not even bite in him, it's the truth! I live 15 minutes away, so I called her. You said it's probably the oil it does. The guy who changes the oil will not be in the box later. So you want to tell me there's only one person who can change the oil, so you cooked all day in bad oil? Wound up always a grilled place and they don't even have the right sandwich again!???? Better Smashburger!

Update: Approximately 8/1/2022. The Manager had reached out to me from my earlier review and asked for the opportunity to make it up to me. Essentially they gave me a free meal. It was pain free and no problems. This time the burger tasted like I would expect. The salt was normal and it tasted great. I upgraded from a 3 star to a 4.5 star. First review: I got the double patty cheeseburger. I liked the smashed part and all the toppings. The problem was that it was waaaay too salty. I had never had smashburger before but I am sure it had to be a mistake or accident with that much salt. I just renamed it Saltburger. I'll try it again because I know they would not be in business with meat that salty.
