I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks recently. After placing and paying for my order, I received my drink without a straw. When I requested one, the employee informed me they didn’t have any. It’s quite frustrating to spend a considerable amount of money on a coffee only to find out essential items like straws are not available. I strongly urge Starbucks to ensure that straws are provided at their establishments, enhancing customer satisfaction and avoiding such inconveniences in the future
