We had a great time in this outback steakhouse. the staff was warm and we sat on one quickly. the drinks were quickly served.

I really believe that the shortage of employees has greatly influenced the quality of service and food quality as a whole. besides the obvious lack of experience of ours.

Very friendly staff, quickly sitting. all the items we ordered came out perfectly and we were checked several times. the only thing I could possibly say to improve further is that we have waited for a past to our first round of drinks. the second round came out immediately, so the bar might have a hurry with the first.

It pains me to write this because until recently I had held Outback as one of the few consistent chain restaurants. I came in on Thursday night (July 7,2022) and we were seated immediately. We asked for 2 kids menus and were given none. We had to ask multiple times for utensils-even AFTER food arrived. My cesar salad (which I love from outback) was not dressed and had wilted and brown lettuce. I ordered the sirloin and lobster tail which I normally love, however today the fishy odor was so prevalent I was scared to take a bite. I did, and I had to send it back because the lobster was foul and bad. Half of my broccoli was brown, either over cooked or gone bad. Either way I didn 't eat it. My kids each had a burger with a handful of fries but yielded no complaints. My husband had a steak, loaded baked potato and broccoli. He complained of the same on the broccoli (brown and unappetizing) and his loaded potato had barely any toppings in it. Unfortunately he said he preferred it that way because the sour cream tasted off too him too!! What really upset me was the lack of attentiveness from both the waitress and the manager (the Mgr was one of the folks we asked for utensils and never returned). Food and service was abysmal. I personally will never set foot in this location again. If you want outback, the pines and southwest ranches locations are much better!!!! Oh and the waitress never asked me for rewards so I spent $100 on crappy food and service with no reward.
