A very good management and very unhappy staff. it took 25 minutes for a sandwich and they are from the half of their brotes. conversation I have worked by employees in the kitchen “I hate to work here”. Co-workers “then they can go easy”. workers “so I have already included in my communication”. talking about the service.

I ordered a 'pick 2' to go with vee who was very nice. it was downhill. I waited over 1/2 hour with many people in the line and when I asked about my order, tori rudely said there were still many online orders before me and encouraged me (together with others who questioned about their orders) to get a refund! So I was wasting my lunch and went out of panera without lunch. the biggest sweat is that I said it was a training facility.

I asked for a shrub and they accused us of $12 for this mum. I asked for a big suppe and there are 8 spoons. so disappointing.

Bad service, called to speak to a manager and had me on hold for ever. Then called again 3 times and just ringing and hung up.The sandwich was not even prepared correctly and soup was full of salt. Will not go there anymore and will let all know about it. Poor service

Every time I come it takes them forever to make a sandwich!!!! Last time someone was barely moving. This time, the lady made the sandwich and just left it there for 10 minutes!! Geez I’ll enjoy my cold sandwich now!! Better training is definitely needed!!!
