Domino's Pizza - Davie

I highly recommend not ordering delivery from this restaurant. I waited 2.5 hours for my food, and it arrived cold, as if it had been sitting out for ages. The pizza was greasy and tasted old, with a raw crust. I ended up having to throw the entire thing away. They never answer the phone, and the online tracking system is useless.

Absolutely terrible experience. I placed my order at 8:42 PM for delivery and ended up having to drive over to the restaurant to find out what was going on after waiting for about an hour and a half. It’s currently 10:15 PM, and my order hasn’t even been started, let alone completed. When I tried to call, it just rang and rang. The employee, Daniel, acted like it was none of his concern.

I advise you to avoid this restaurant. Everything mentioned in the one-star reviews is completely accurate. I gave this place numerous chances simply because it's so close to home, but no matter if I dine in or order delivery, it’s always a frustrating experience. I either end up canceling my order after waiting for an hour, or I just don't receive my delivery at all. I placed a delivery order at 1:57, and although it was supposedly being prepared by “Daniel,” it's now 3:12, and I've just received a notification that my order has been canceled.

These are the worst dominos. If I could give them 0 stars, I would, they'll never pick up the phone. 30 min in operation. until I decide to place my order personally. there were 4 people standing around, and nobody welcomed me. they have their airpods in and clearly disregard all new customers going into or the phone orders. I noticed that my phone still rings and her handys flash green, but still no ton. when I asked the Russian hired person why they didn't pick up, he was just joking and we just didn't pick up the phone. terrible service. can't imagine how much business they lost, not pick up the phone orders. they obviously hate their job and put the mere minimum effort. that is not my first experience either. it happens every time I call.

You guys SUCK! You charged my card, the app stated Daniel the manager started my food at 10:06pm and it's now 11:11pm and there are no further updates on the app and my food is not here. My husband and I both called and no answer. SAVE YOUR TIME MONEY AND ORDER FROM Angelo's, Esposito's or DelVecchio's. Thanks for nothing @Domino's and to the owner of this franchise for not caring about the way the staff treats clients. I literally just got a call at 11:19 stating they only have 1 driver do I still want the order and if so it would be another 45 minutes and all they can do is cancel a tip seriously? Wow, NEVER AGAIN . Update your clients answer the phone!
