This place was terrible! We ordered something simple like Nachos and it was pathetic! The toppings were cheap, barely beans or cheese. We also ordered wings and wings to be old and they should be buffalo wings. When we told the waitress, she replied that you did not say that you wanted them to bathe in the sauce, which by the way she would have asked, because in the states it automatically comes with the sauce on the chicken. As a waitress, she would have informed the customer about the elections. I was very disappointed! Their standards did not meet my expectations as TGIF with my previous experience.

I'll never visit again. They serve children portion frites for main dish, they ask you how would you make your steak, burger, etc. and they cook it what the chefs feel this day. They have become one of the most beautiful places in the city. No high quality food offered.

Actually, I saw/heared this place, getting bad reviews, but I had a great experience. Lost the fifth star for the following cons: Pros: Food 10/10 American cuisine. Burger was big enough to take home for a second meal. Cooked medium for perfection, obviously pressed a hand, homemade articles. Boneless chicken bites with their "signature ' sauce and bleu cheese dip was amazing. Broccoli cheddar soup was thick, creamy and tasty. Fries were super crisp. Our waiter was attentive. They do not use plastic straws. Biosafety was satisfactory. Cons: Food prices are Americans, so they are HIGH. It costs $35 for my burgers and pommes, a coke, a soup and an appetizer. Ambience is 0/10. Dark, desperate need for an upgrade. Other employees would come to a call, but otherwise they did not help each other to delete tables/refill waters, etc. If I had a bag full of money and needed a GOOD lunch or dinner, I would return.

Too many young people as waitresses and waiters. Service is slow due to staff on phones. Food was pricey and not that great.

Large portions of typical american food such as burguers, buffalo wings, chicken fingers, steaks and tex-mex cuisine. Since portions are commonly very large might be good for spliting plates.
