Sally Sue's Sandwich - Dartford

Breakfast wrap is AMAZING! ordered via Uber eats due to lockdown arrived steaming hot and very tasty

We were planning our trip to Brighton and wanted to stop off about half way for a bite to eat. On line we found Sally Sues Sandwich Bar which ticked all the right boxes. After crossing the QE2 bridge it was just a short detour. What a fantastic find, food choices were amazing, the staff so welcoming and friendly. My husband particularly enjoyed the banter with the ladies! We both really appreciated being able to sit in to eat our sandwich and enjoy a great cup of tea. Originally we were not planning to stop on our return journey but as soon as we left the shop we knew we would be back in five days time. Even if it had been a longer detour its definitely worth it, we can't recommend Sally Sue's highly enough. Top Tip! The service was incredibly friendly and pleasant when placing orders over the phone. The staff was accommodating and able to prepare a lunch buffet for 8-10 people at short notice for the next day. I highly recommend this restaurant, as the food was delicious as well. I will definitely be returning in the future!

I have driven by this restaurant many times but have always had trouble finding parking nearby. Today, I decided to order delivery instead. The rolls were incredibly fresh, generously filled with delicious cheese, and my wife's bacon roll was exceptional. We also ordered two lattes, which were excellent. Everything arrived well-packaged and secure, with no spills, unlike other delivery services. We will definitely be frequent customers from now on. Thank you for a wonderful lunch!

I don't even know where to begin with this review. The mashed potatoes were extremely lumpy and almost raw, lacking any butter or seasoning and tasting awful. The pie was so hard it seemed like it had been in a heat lamp for hours - you could literally pick it up and bang it on the table without it breaking. The liquor was a bright green color and tasted like water, with barely any flavor. Sally Sue's should be embarrassed for serving such poor quality food and expecting people to eat it.
