Place looked messy dirty kids running around. Went to see if I would have a birthday lunch there but decided against it, was turned off. The 3 girl bartenders seemed more focused on the service bar drinks than tending to guests at the bar. One of the bartenders hair was a be mess, I was afraid hair was going to end up in my drink. Very disappointed atmosphere. Ask the bartender for a menu, me not knowing I could not prefer food at the bar she seemed annoyed that I was asking for a menu.Will definitely not try again. Fogo de Chao will be hosting our birthday lunch.

Don't bother making a reservation; we did, but still had to wait 10 minutes to be seated, but not in the main area; no, they opened up the back, where chairs and tables were stacked against the wall. So, I was polite enough to make a reservation and arrive on time, yet these people weren't courteous enough to even save me a table. Unprofessional, rude, amateur, pathetic, and disgusting are just a few words to describe the management and staff of this overpriced, double-tip gabbing (yeah, they ADD a service charge), frozen yuca, below-average meat, powdered potato, frozen dessert, shambolic excuse for a restaurant.

Great experience and even better food. Only qualm is with the service when it came to requesting the bill. It seemed like we had 5 different servers and never had the same one waiting on us. Ultimately, when we decided it was time to go we were waiting for about 30 minutes for the bill. Food was good and the gauchos were on top of it, our plates were always full.

Having to find a last min spot for a friendsgiving, I'm glad we decided to dine here. Facilities are clean and organized (especially the salad bar, they can get kind of messy at other places but this one was exceptionally clean), staff is friendly and accommodating. My server was kind and attentive and the gauchos were sure to come around with the meats we requested at the temperature each of our guests requested. Can't beat the price too, excellent quality for what you pay. The manager breezed by to ensure we were enjoying our meal and we had nothing but positivity to report. My only regret is that I didn't take photos to post!Can't wait to come back ?
