Firehouse Subs Dania Pointe

I arrived on Sunday Father's Day. And I walked in and I was told the system is down they're not serving any subs. The next day I called to speak to the manager to ask if they were honoring the promotion. That they had on sunday since the system was down. I was told no and she hung up the phone. I called back and asked if they have a corporate office phone number. She said go online and get it and asked me what the hell is wrong with me And hung up the phone again. Extremely rude and unprofessional off.

I told my son he could have whatever he wants to eat for his birthday yesterday, and he chose Firehouse subs... I live next to Dania Pointe so I placed an online order and went to pick it up at the time it said it would be ready. It was ready and I took it back to my house. I thought it was clever that the online order gives you the option to put initials for each sub, because my son and his friend both wanted meatball but my son wanted the spicy one. When I got back to the house I was beyond shocked the size of the subs... we did order small, thinking it would be 6in but they were more like 3-4 in and for $7.50 each! You can get a footlong at subway for that price. I figured they have to be amazing. However, we all ordered white bread and received wheat. I called and asked why, and they proceeded to tell me they were out of white but never told me.... my phone number is on the receipt. On top of that we didn't get the pickle that comes on the side. One sandwich said no pickle so they didn't put them with any of them. Also, we couldn't tell the difference between the spicy meatball and the regular meatball because they didn't put the initials on the boxes and they were completely identical... looks like they were the same sub and just cut it. I ordered the Italian and it came hot, I wanted it cold.... Maybe that is not an option? Plus there was barely any meat....didn't even look like an Italian.I will never waste my money there again.....It's a rip off. Any sub place beats this place ? .

Omg this place is 3uck3ssss! 1st of all the employees have 000 to none customer service. No customer service at all. I mean at all. A newborn have more, even knows how to count 1 to 10 and most likely was born two hours ago. The place is dirty, 1st sign not to eat here. And then they have no ham at 12pm! Like really? A restaurant that's mostly is base in HAM HAS NO HAM AT 12PM LUNCH TIME! Imagine going to buy a pizza and there's no dough or cheese lol. Unbelievable! The meat was in the refrigerator in front of everyone but they decided better to write in a small piece of paper NO HAM. They won't tell you either. No no no! Never again. Not worth the drive. Subway in Oakwood is way better at this moment than this FIREHOUSE.

$15 for a tiny sandwich. The store was out of lettuce and only had two flavors of sea salt chips. The staff was completely unhelpful in finding a solution the many sandwiches missing ingredients. Basically saying I could take it or leave it. In a plaza with many fantastic food options do yourself a favor and make a better choice; I know I will.

I ordered a hook and ladder sandwich online two hours in advance, but when I arrived at the restaurant, it still wasn't ready. When I finally received it, I was surprised to find that it only had cheese, meat, and onions. I drove 45 minutes to get back to work and was left without lunch. When I called them to inquire, the young lady informed me that they were out of tomatoes and lettuce. I wish I had been informed about this beforehand, especially since I was told I could return for the pickles.
