Dunkin' - Dania Beach

The restaurant provides excellent customer service with lively and friendly staff, despite the busy location. The employees handle stressful situations well. I tried the apple fritter, but noticed it was much smaller than usual. I hope the size issue is addressed in the future. Overall, the experience was good.

From today for coffee. as always. clean facility, lounge, free wlan. has a drive-thru that was busy today. Stop, if you're in the opposite, you'll like it here.

This place is a disaster! The staff is polite, I must admit, but there is definitely something wrong with the management. There were plenty of employees working, but they couldn't keep up with the regular flow of customers, even though it was only 11 o'clock on a weekday. As I waited in line, I watched as customers who walked in were served before me, and I saw two workers outside taking a break while the assistant manager was doing their best to keep everything running smoothly. I'm grateful I don't work there, I can't even imagine how chaotic it must be during peak hours at 7-8 pm.

The customer service at this Dunkin' location is awful; they are neglectful and rude. I waited for 20 minutes and no one ever came to serve me. I highly recommend avoiding this Dunkin' at 550 S Federal Hwy, Dania Beach, FL 33004. The lady working there was extremely rude with a sour expression on her face (1:35 PM, Sunday 01/23/2022). The customer service experience was just overall unpleasant.

Don’t come to this location. I live across the street and the only thing they consistently do is act rude to their customers. It’s not that hard to be nice to people and I get that your busy but not a pleasant experience in the least. They will leave you waiting at the order box, never apologize for the wait and then proceed to yell at you. Like couldn’t even get my order out of my mouth before being cut off. And shocker when I got to the window, my order is wrong. I’ve worked in customer service for many years they need new employees or some training at the least. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Dunkin’.
