Huhn is always hot and fresh. some employees in chatsworth need to go to customer service classes! not very nice

Having been through countless drive-thru's in my many years of life, this was the first time, I kid you not, of being greeted then told to take my time and order when I was ready. I am sure that you, like myself, are used to being rushed to hurry up and order cough(chick fil ...among them).So kudos to you KFC!But what about the food you ask? The food was delicious! I ask you, if you haven't yet tried one of their chicken sandwiches, why not?? It was a huge boneless breast of chicken, hot and juicy with a few pickles and a dab of mayo. Sorry no pics, I was quite hungry and pictures were the furthest thing from my mind ?

I went to try the beyond fried chicken combo meal, service was fairly quick. Only giving them four stars because the wait time was fairly long for a place known for fast food. Anyways, I recommend the combo meal because its very good especially with Kfc sauce (tastes like honey mustard). The meat tastes pretty realistic looks like tofu but I’m not vegan but I’ll definitely try this again.

The past three times we have went threw the drive thru and all three times they got the order wrong. Its sad to get all the way home to find u didn't get what you ordered. Also I called and told lady my order was wrong and she argued with me

The chicken was so greasy that is shine when I open the bucket I waste my money it's not the 1st time sorry I don't think I'm going back anymore
