Top tier customer service! I had my daughter’s 20th Birthday event here and there was a discrepancy with the time for setting up her ballon’s cake. Despite being at full capacity, the owner personally handled the matter, communicated professionally, and resolved the matter swiftly. Needless to say, I was beyond impressed. I will definitely be back for more family events as this is the atmosphere and customer service that a lot of businesses are missing. Salute Top Golf Dallas!

What a rip off. If you want to see poor customer service, be treated like you're a moron, and be taken advantage of, then this Top Golf location is for you. I recently organized an event here for my company for 33 people. We paid $33 per person for a Fajita Fiesta, which is basically steak and cheese fajitas with all the fixings.The food itself was decent, average to better than average. The issue was that they didn't give us enough food, not even close. About 25 people were fed adequately, another 3 ate a little bit trying to preserve the food for others, and 5 people did not eat at all. When we asked the manage to bring us more food, they refused. The accused us of having more than 33 people, which we did not. They said everything is portioned exactly. They said each person should have gotten one or two tortillas.So to be clear, for $33, a person gets one of two small tortillas. Ridiculous. They told us if we wanted more food, we would have to pay for it. Because we did not want our employees going hungry, we ordered enough food for 12 more people. They told us we would get it within 30 minutes. More than 55 minutes later, they delivered the food. They filled up the same food bins about two-thirds of the way full. So let me get this straight, the first time was enough for 33 people, the refill is for 12 people, yet it's now two-thirds full? Something isn't right. Clearly, the first round was not for 33 people. It was for around 20.I have done many events like this, and never seen a situation where we ran out of food. If anything, we usually have food leftover. By the time the food finally came, most of our group had already departed, as it was past 9pm. When the food finally did come, the manager said they would let us play an extra 30 minutes of golf because the food came out late. Great. At that point, everyone was ready to leave anyway.My colleague and I tried making our case to the manager multiple times, all very calmly. It was like talking to a wall. They knew we needed more food, and they knew we had to pay for it. They purposely ripped us off. Do not book your event here. You won't be happy.

Local law enforcement response has been inadequate, and criminals seem aware. Shockingly, it's suspected that even the management may be involved. Don't be deceived by security cameras and golf carts. Approach the manager with caution, as they may evade when questioned about the situation

Great location, very fun. I don't recall it being so expensive though. Expect to pay $200 for two hours of play.To reserve a bay alone was $140+ since they require a 2 hour minimum
