This place is a scam. The food is outrageously priced. The service is 3rd tier. And the food is mediocre. For clout, they plaster portraits of your favorite dumb celebrities drinking there, but that just proves that, surprise surprise, many celebrities have no taste. We were there to celebrate my child's birthday, and the menu I saw online seemed fun. Our waiter looked like he was out on parole and we ordered the appetizer sliders for the kids. That's $29 for six small sliders but I figured what the heck, the buns are multi colored and it's a birthday. We asked for just meat and the bun with the ketchup, lettuce, and tomatoes on the side. He brings the hamburgers, with nothing else. My kids can't eat until they get their dressings, so the next time he comes by we ask him to bring the ketchup and the lettuce/tomatoes, and we place the rest of our order. He forgets to bring the ketchup/etc again and I finally have to insist that he bring it so my kids can begin to eat. He finally brings the ketchup, but forgets the lettuce/tomatoes. My kids barely nibbled on them, and I could see why the hamburger meat was overcooked and dry. So I promise to take them to In N Out when we leave. We get the onion rings $14! and they are what you would expect at your local bowling alley. We also try the chips and salsa but the chips were stale. I told the waiter, and he returns with new chips but they were also stale. I ordered the turkey club because I figured it would be really hard to mess up a sandwich, and it worked out the sandwich didn't suck. We ordered a banana split $21 and it looked huge when it came out. Upon further inspection it was just three scoops of actual ice cream with FIVE scoops of cheap whipped cream. Like I said this place is a scam. They hire low rent employees, use ingredients found at a bowling alley, and I walked out $170 lighter for 4 people . Oh yeah, they force you to pay 20% gratuity, no matter how big your party is and no matter how pathetic their service is. If one person ends up avoiding these hucksters due to my review, it will have been worth it, maybe.

This place has a great vibe. Que is the best and really knows how to take care of his guests!
