She was nice but very little meat to make the sandwich and even if I paid for extra it still wouldn't look like it does in the commericals. I was the only customer in the store which was a little bit unnerving. Overall, very clean but maybe a little low playing music to help with the silence

Today I went an hour before closing Rosy was the only employee today she got slammed with online orders and walk in orders she did a great job getting them out in a timely matter. She needs a raise.
Review is not for the quality of the food or service is for the employees of the store.Placed a large company order I order through subway app and chose delivery. We ordered $100 worth of food. It was a large order and driver texted stating that the order was delayed I responded I understood. When we received all 8 sandwiches came with wheat bread, we ordered Italian herb and cheese and white bread not one person chose wheat bread. I received the usual email rating my experience I put dissatisfied because of the wrong bread on every sandwich. I didn’t request a refund or anything. Just did the survey. I received a call from a subway employee regarding the “complaint”. This lady proceeded to state that she wanted to see why I did the complaint, I explained to her that every sandwich was on wheat bread and we did not order wheat bread. She proceeds to tell me that driver was told that all they had was wheat bread and instructed him to call me. Said she heard him call the customer and customer said it was ok. I told her that I did not speak to anyone regarding any type of bread. Not once did she apologize. I asked her why would the driver have to call if I didn’t order through door dash. I order through subway app she than said driver has more access to the customer. That really pissed me off because she was calling me on the same number the driver text, so subway employees had the same access to me as the driver. I asked her the purpose for the call she stated she wanted to know why I complained I told her again that we did not order wheat bread. She again said she heard the driver call customer and ask and I proceeded to tell her I did not speak to anyone regarding the bread. She said she heard the conversation. I explained to her he did not call, I again asked the reason for the call, she stated wanted to know what the problem was and ended the call.This person called me from her personal number. I tried to contact the manager of the store and was told she was not in.This was very unprofessional.
