Starbucks - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

I bought a gift certificate for 20 dollars and gave it to my assistant when she went to cash there was no money placed on it. When calling corporate they said to go to store. The manager was very dismissive will never go back! And after purchasing 160 dollars worth of gift cards they lost me as a customer.

Both of the bathrooms are out of service.The baristas don’t

Nothing went right today..I made my uber wait because my coffee wasn't ready then I got to the office looking forward to eat my blueberry scone and guess what??? It's not a scone but a blueberry muffin!!!

Shane changed my mind about this location. He is an excellent barista and cares about customer service. Hopefully, his co-workers will learn from him. This is a good store and one you should check out.

I like our little community Starbucks. I think the staff is what makes it great. They recognize and get to know their patrons and are always friendly and welcoming. They stay quite consistent over the years, so it's always nice when I go in there.
