The service was really good! All the staff were really sweet and helpful!

Great service! I ordered a soup and did not realize it had meat. They took it back with no hesitation. Super nice, friendly and accommodating.

Not related to service but I was interviewed for a position here and they lied to me telling me they weren't hiring even though they 100% are hiring (My sister literally works there and told me they lied). Super unprofessional and huge waste of time.

Really disappointed with the service here. I ordered a pick 2 sandwich that was supposed to be ready at 1:33pm, and I waited until 2:05 to get it. I kept asking what was taking so long and the team was very unresponsive and wouldn’t follow back up with me. There were other people waiting for the same amount of time. When I finally got my sandwich, it had bread that I was ALLERGIC to when I specified gluten-free bread. I waited so long on my work break for food I couldn’t even eat. Please do better.

I had not eaten at McAllisters for a while. I saw the store on Montfort so I went there.I have always liked the potato soup.sadly it was cold and the large serving was the size of the small last time I had it at the store in Garland. The price had not changed just what you got was less. Guess I will pass on McAllisters in the future.
