Great Sandwich! Store was slow bit it took awhile to order. There was only a new associate in training at the counter and he had to wait for another associate to return to take my order. He said he did not know how to operate the register yet.

Clean and fast, good location.Vegetarian options: Not a huge selection specifically for vegetarians, but its easy to choose vegetarian while in a party with non-vegetarians.Dietary restrictions: You will need to be clear, but they will switch out with clean knives and cutting boards and put down sterile deli paper to accomodate for allergies and religious prohibitions.Parking: There's a dining patio and the shopping center is nice.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking spots and wheelchair ramps available.

Rudest customer experience I’ve ever had. Do not give them your money!

I cannot begin to express the rudeness I experienced just now at the local Jimmy John's. I was treating my daughter to a sub after school and we were the only customers inside the Far North Dallas location. The young woman who waited on me glared at me the minute I approaced the counter. While I was ordering she mocked me, rolled her eyes and acted upset when I asked a question about what came with the order. She then slammed my sub down on the counter and walked away mumbling under her breath. As a former customer service worker myself, I always treat people with respect and kindness in this industry. I was so taken back by my treatment I was speechless and had to walk outside. I am very sad that this business represents Far North Dallas. As a 15 year resident I will make sure to spread the word not to give this Jimmy John's business if they continue to hire these individuals.

James took my order and two other ladies were there assisting a massive order. Great music was playing, place was clean, and the personalities each of them had was amazing. As we all know the food is made quickly so you have like two minutes of conversation or less. In that time I had a blast. If management is reading these comments, they should review who worked on Wednesday June 7th at 8pm and later as the team there is awesome.Parking: Lots of parking spaces as they do delivery and make sandwiches quickly.
