No customer service at all. Please train employees to have some customer service.

This particular store has a shady atmosphere, the staff is not properly uniformed, the place is dirty and looks disorganized. You cannot tell who is the manager.My experience was the worst, being one of only 2 customers in, I ordered 2 bobba drinks, 1 of each kind. 20 minutes to serve the drink which is already prepared and in a fridge. Then the employee pulled a gangster poket knife out to open the bobba bags! When he was pouring the second cup out of the same jar, I pointed out I order 1 of each kind, he looked me in the eye and said, "they are pretty much the same thing. "At the end he gave me two regular straws, because they ran out of the other kind. That was the Cherry on top of the cake. The only good thing he did was to agree on giving me my money back. I am never ever going to stop by this Jack in the box location.

I told the person on drive thru window Uber eats customer asked for Ranch and hot sauce he assured me it was in the bag. The customer left no tip and 1 star due to that because there was no condiments.

Poor service, serve cold food, dont give you what you asked for, and waited more than 8 minutes at the drive thru, has happened 3 times at this location and it will be my last, wont be going back at least not during the night shift.
