Foxtrot - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

I love having Foxtrot in the area. I can count on them for good breakfast and lattes in the morning or a good bottle of wine in the evenings. I encourage you to get the app if you live in uptown. You can order stuff from the store or cafe. They give you rewards and you can get special prices on glasses of wine. Parking isn’t great but that’s not unique to the area.

Regular spot for a long time. Great coffee, love the smoked salmon avocado toast, was a big fan of the farro veggie bowls when they had them too!

Good place to work. Terrible coffee though, coffee has been terrible 10 out of 10 times . Staff wouldn't call my name once the order is ready.

I’ve been in Dallas for 4 year- Foxtrot in my opinion is one of those overhyped boutique coffee shops- they are overpriced and the “grocery” part of the store is so ridiculously overpriced. The parking is a nightmare across the street- some are “foxtrot parking” some are “pay to park” and it’s just really confusing and scary to think your car can get towed at any point. I overall just wasn’t impressed

I had a disappointing experience with the woman at the register around 12:30 PM on August 30th. Unfortunately, her customer service was lacking. I understand the challenges of accepting cash, but as a business, they should prioritize customer satisfaction. On a positive note, the coffee was quite good.
