On the morning of March 11, 2024, I placed an order on DoorDash requesting a plain bagel with one egg, applewood bacon, and American cheese. Since there is no option to select American cheese on DoorDash, I called the store to request if they could put American Cheese on my bagel instead of cheddar because I don 't eat cheddar cheese. I called the store at 8:49 AM. The first team member that I spoke to told me no, so I then spoke with a team member by the name of Letecia. Letecia began to argue with me and tell me that it would cost money to remake the bagel and that they would have to throw the first bagel in the trash. I expressed that it couldn 't possibly be that much of a hassle, but she kept arguing with me shortly before hanging up in my face and saying that they would honor my request in remaking the bagel.
