The M Club Lounge is relatively empty and offers light meals and drinks. Alcohol can be purchased from the counter for a fee. There's a shopping mall attached, so you won't have any trouble finding food. The rooms are kept clean. Breakfast is buffet style on the 1st floor.

I've stayed at Marriott chain hotels all around the country, and this was the NICEST one I've experienced! The way it was recently remodeled is top notch very classy, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for my stay on a trip with a friend. I loved the area and didn't ever feel uncomfortable, especially since it was just a girls' trip. (We had been to a concert at Dos Equis Pavillion, which isn't far). The valet parking was also a big plus. Our room was unique, as it had both a king size and queen size bed in it. I can imagine families with multiple children will love that offering! I'd definitely love to stay there again for more than one night. It's attached to a mall like area, so it was easy to walk out access breakfast on the go. Next time, I'll also walk down to Klyde Warren Park and some of the museums that are nearby.

Rooms are super spacious king and queen bed, great walkable location . Right next to Plaza of the Americas which has a pharmacy donut shop, and coffee. Older hotel but nice upgrades. Hotel bar has friendly bartenders and nice cocktail menu. Great gym but beware no pool.

Pathetic Facility, no courtesy. Only parking staff was good , rest facility not kept as marriott. Chargeable parking $50 per night and even wifi is $15 . And i think they have installed jammers in building so that customers shouldn’t have any option and to spend on wifi.. Basic amenities like coffee mugs were only 2 . Definitely would not recommend this at this cost ever..

If you’re coming here for the EV charging, DON’T. I booked this hotel only because charging was available here, called to verify it worked before booking and was told over the phone it was, only to arrive the next day and be told by valet the charger (JUST ONE) doesn’t work and hasn’t worked for a while. Furthermore, the view into an empty lobby outside the window is not really a vibe. But I guess that’s on me not fully researching the view before booking a downtown hotel. After saying all that, the rooms are very clean.
