This is my favorite Italian restaurant I've visited in Dallas so far. The atmosphere is pleasantly quiet, making it easy to engage in conversation, which I really appreciate.

I am very disappointed. I've been a loyal customer at this establishment for years, but today the owner revealed her true colors. I decided to try a new dish and ordered the shrimp scampi with angel hair, but it arrived overcooked and soggy. When I brought this to the owner's attention and requested to switch to Alfredo instead, I expected her to resolve the issue. Instead, she charged me for both meals, even though I didn't eat either one. After explaining that I was being overcharged and that the food was unacceptable, the owner's attitude took a turn for the worse—she was abrupt and rude. To avoid further conflict, I reluctantly paid the higher amount. I kept the original receipt, which showed a different price than the second one she provided me. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional; I won't be returning due to the poor customer service.
