The food is fantastic, but the staff is incredibly rude! This was my second visit, and the same rude attitude was present. It's such a shame because I really enjoy the food, but I won't be returning.

I received great service; the staff was nice and friendly. However, it took a long time for my food to arrive, despite there being no one ahead of me or behind me in line. They did offer me a drink or dessert to make up for the wait, which was appreciated. I think they need to improve their efficiency with orders and pay more attention to what they’re doing. They did include the chips I ordered as well as a whole pickle, but I'm still trying to figure out why it took so long. They mentioned they had to warm up the soup, which seemed excessive. Overall, while the staff was friendly, they need to step up their pace since they have customers to serve.

The sandwich loaded with all the toppings was fantastic! It was precisely what I was craving. However, the potato salad was just average—tasted like something from a grocery store deli. I would recommend skipping that and putting all your attention on the sandwich instead.
