I recently visited ANNEX and ordered the steak and eggs with a side of bacon, as well as the crab cake and eggs with a side of bacon. This place truly feels like home for me. It was peaceful and calm during brunch, and the food was outstanding. The waitstaff was excellent and incredibly knowledgeable, almost anticipating our every need. I will definitely be coming back!

I usually stop by for a morning donut and coffee, but I recently tried their Sunday brunch and really enjoyed it! The prices for the Big Mimosas are great, and everyone loved their food choices. Two of us wanted to order seconds, but we showed some restraint!

I visited for brunch and barely had to wait. The service was quick and extremely friendly. The restaurant was a bit chilly, but the food was delicious, and the menu offered plenty of tasty choices.

Some friends and I went to state today and all for a Sunday brunch, and the atmosphere was phenomenal. this place feels definitiw like a place where everyone knows. I had the spicy **** fairy tales and then I ordered the triple dip and the pesina chicken tortilla suppe. all were so delicious, and the presentation was also great. the service was fantastic today, and our bartender nino took care of us with the utmost attention and quality drinks! he definitely made us home with his charisma and warm welcome. if they get the chance, I strongly recommend stopping.

Had a great experience here! The food was amazing, the staff was courteous and attentive, and the atmosphere was bright and fun. We were particularly impressed by the draft beer selection and bar. The barstaff were knowledgeable and service was expedient. We will definitely return here.
