Sonic Drive-in - Dallas

On February 4th around 5:20 PM, I went through the drive-thru and was pleased to see that the line was moving smoothly. The young woman who took my order was friendly and made sure to enter it correctly. My experience at the pick-up window was equally enjoyable. When it comes to fast food, I always consider how much I enjoy it, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the classic crispy chicken sandwich. I chose to add pickles, which complemented the juicy, warm chicken perfectly. The breading had a delightful peppery seasoning that added an extra layer of flavor. The balance of the sandwich's components was just right. Additionally, the tater tots were fried to perfection—crispy on the outside and slightly fluffy on the inside—maintaining their wonderful texture throughout.

It's Thursday, which means they have an offer on extra long cheese coneys—two for the price of one!

When I arrived, I placed my order through the mobile app, but I had to wait about 10 minutes for it to be ready. I spent $24 and drove home, only to find that the bag contained several items I had ordered for myself and my grandchild: an extra chili cheese meal, a regular hot dog meal, and a cheeseburger meal. Upon opening the chili dogs, I discovered that the chili was old and both hot dogs had the same issue. The Tater Tots also looked outdated and were not fresh at all. I was very disappointed and ended up throwing the food away due to the burnt appearance of the old chili. I have attached pictures of the Tater Tots and chili dogs as well.

They needs to be fired nasty rude food just ugh the slushes what’s keeps a ????going there n the corn dogs but them are turning out burnt so upset Dallas food is freaking nasty I hate it here

Ordered a Jr breakfast burrito with bacon, got home it was sausage. They need help if they can't distinguish the difference between bacon and sausage.
