Sonic Drive-in - Dallas

Only 2 order bays work out of 20+ bays!!!! So either you wait in a slow line or keep rolling. Sonic Corporation please take away this franchise! Clearly the owner never actually comes here! Just sitting somewhere collecting checks and making the branf look terrible!

They use to be a good Sonic to go to, but now their service isn’t as great. Would not recommend to anyone looking to eat there.

Beats a McDonald's each day of the week. Average yet fills a craving. This place seems clean which is what we want to know about fast food establishments. Nothing more.

Wait 15 min for my order, Jasmin took the order, never delivered. When I asked her order back, her answer was, she thought I left.I never had bad experiences on any other sonic DFW.not even apologize her mistake. I left with out food.

I have to change my original 5 star to 1. Went to this location for a bite to eat, and it was truly terrible. The food I wouldn't serve to a stray or a homeless person. The only thing was the drink. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, jumbo chicken with fries (combo). Those 2 sandwiches were dry, as if they had been sitting out for hours. The young man that delivered the food was wearing a black jacket that was dirty, had stains on it. He was not enough but 1st impressions are important, and I wasn't impressed. The food was so bad I took a bite and tasted old grease and it smelled as such. Maybe, they were having a bad day I don't know but that was unusual. Next time, if there is a next time I will check my order before I pull off. Oh, and that one bite caused me to have a bad tummy ache. ? ?? Come on Sonic!!!
