Sonic Drive-in - Dallas

This restaurant must be really poorly managed. I arrived to place an order and was denied because the lady didn't want to open, even though it was clearly stated that they opened at 6 o'clock and it was already 6:45. This isn't the first, second, or third time this has happened, and I will be reporting this to the company. She just let me sit there, even after I called out to her, and only opened when she felt like it, shaking her head as she did so. This is unprofessional and I will definitely be notifying the company. They seem to open whenever they feel like it, which is completely unacceptable.

The staff at this restaurant do not wear gloves, and it appears that they are running around on their phones and touching customers after handling money without wearing gloves. Additionally, the windows seem to be tinted.

The service was really poor at this restaurant. I had to wait for 15 minutes with my car parked and the red button enabled, only to be told that they only take orders through the drive-thru.

You are required who was hot and delicious but not every time
