Smoothie King - Dallas

There was only one employee on duty and he seemed to be struggling to handle the workload.

I am appalled by what I witnessed at this restaurant. A smoothie-king employee was being harassed and a very pregnant customer was being screamed at for where she parked (which was legal and correct, by the way). Not worth the effort to visit this place, the smoothies were barely tolerable in terms of quality to begin with. Now, with this level of customer service, it is best to avoid this restaurant at all costs.

I came to get a smoothie at 7:55, but the restaurant was closed! All other Smoothie Kings close at 9pm, so this was disappointing. They could have at least turned off the lights so that people wouldn't think they were still open.

The staff was excellent and efficient, but the machine indicated that my card was not successful. I used my backup card to check my account and noticed that both cards were charged. The man promptly resolved the issue.

If they don't have enough personal, they should probably stay closed. not focusing on the customers before them and making other articles for people according to their current customer is ridiculous. the manager was actually the one who does this, but this is my 2nd time with a bad experience here. by the same manager.
