Saint Ann Restaurant and Bar - Dallas

The atmosphere and food at this restaurant is incredible.

I went to this restaurant for a birthday brunch on New Year's Eve. I had made a reservation weeks in advance, but when I arrived at the scheduled time, we had to wait an additional 40 minutes before being seated. Once we were finally seated, we were greeted by two different waiters, the glasses on our table were dirty, and we were seated near the noisy kitchen door which was inconvenient. We were given mimosas as an apology, but only after a member of my party requested them. At the end of our meal, we were not given the opportunity to order dessert and felt rushed because there was an upcoming event. The waiter hesitated to take our dessert orders until prompted by a member of my party. The dessert itself was of low quality and unappetizing. Overall, I was disappointed with my first visit to this restaurant due to the poor service and treatment we received. Despite enjoying my salad and my party's food, we do not plan to return in the future. The restaurant's ambience and appearance were pleasant, however.

Saint Ann offers a truly distinctive dining experience. The food is wonderful and the setting is delightful. It's the perfect spot for a date night or enjoying a meal with friends.

Better signage would be great, hard to find the first time.

The food was okay. The shrimp and grits should have been better, but that red sauce just did not go well. The ambience was nice inside of the restaurant, but they seated us on the covered patio, which had patio furniture and not decorated at all, less ideal for a nice meal. Plus, there were plenty of tables inside they could have seated our table of 8. The restaurant was not that full.
