Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Dallas

The fried chicken strips and sauce are excellent, and the bread is the best I've ever tasted. However, I'm not sure if I just got a bad batch, but the chicken strips seemed to be quite small this time.

This was my first time to eat here. The restaurant was clean, and the employees were nice. The food was good. It was nothing exceptional, but I got it fast, and it was hot. . For fast food, it was good. The dipping sauce is what really makes the difference.

Dudes at the register were awesome, super energetic, hella funny. Sunhat guy needs a raise, and same with his buddy in the green shirt!

Did a drive thru order and the lady kept saying anything else, and did not repeat my order. Besides from her saying anything else n my total that 's all she said. They were charging me the wrong order n kept repeating wrong orders. Got charged for an extra cane sauce I did not receive, no extra bread like I asked. And my order was just wrong due to their negligence. Teenagers with poor customer service.

The Cane’s on Hampton Dr in Dallas forgot one of our combos on a large order a few months ago. Although a few months had past and the manager I spoke to was no longer at that location, they honored replacing the missing meal. I was impressed with the customer service I received.
