Pastaio Eataly Dallas

We dined at the main restaurant in Eataly, and I plan to continue to choose that one over this one. The service by the two servers was subpar. I truly love Eataly, but I won't be returning to this restaurant.

The appetizers were great, but the pasta was undercooked. I returned it twice. I usually don't write reviews, but I felt someone needed to address this issue.

This was the third Eataly restaurant we've visited, and our rankings in terms of quality are consistent. The food was just okay, and the prices were relatively high considering the quality. Overall, Eataly seems to have a service issue; the staff is often inattentive and quite slow.

Wait was not long to take place as long as a reservation was made. I don't love the bar seats because the stool seemed kind of rickety. but I am the best in my life. I'm sure I'm going back!

Restaurant is open and noisy. High chairs not very comfortable to sit long. Food is good but not great. Value isn’t very good for appetizers. Bruschetta was very small for an appetizer.
