Contribuiți la feedbackI was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I had made a reservation for my husband's 35th birthday after hearing great things about this place. We drove all the way from Frisco and when we arrived, we were confused about where the host stand was. There was a waiting area and someone standing at the bar upstairs. Despite seeing us walk in and look lost, the woman at the bar did not offer any help. Eventually, my husband approached her, informed her of our reservation, and asked about the host stand. She acted as if he was foolish for not realizing she was the host, even though she made no effort to assist us initially. She then said our table was being prepared and would be ready shortly. Thirty minutes later, we were still waiting as multiple parties left. She passed us intentionally, avoided eye contact, and seated a larger party behind us. It was disappointing to be led on about our table being prepared and not receiving any updates. The disrespect we felt was clear, as she seemed to look down on us. I can't help but wonder if it was because my husband was the only Black person there. Our money is just as good as anyone else's. Overall, it was a truly disappointing experience, especially on his birthday. I was shocked and saddened to have visited such a highly rated place and not even have the chance to try the food.
Great restaurant! The vibes were beautiful and our server was amazing. I wish I took his name! Overall AMAZING ITALIAN food! I don’t have DFW has any better Italian restaurant!
We ate here on a Saturday night. We had reservations, which helped, but there were walk-ups that were seated every few minutes. The food here is wonderful. We had the bruschetta, the Gennarino pizza, the Cacio de Pepe pasta, the Penne de Parmesano, the Peach dessert pizza and the Tiramisu. We’d order all of them over again. The crust on the pizza is perfection. The bruschetta was nearly identical to a version we had in Tuscany. The pastas are all fresh, and cooked perfectly, with delicious sauces. The atmosphere is a good balance of authentic Italian eatery and modern high-energy locale. We had only one complaint: the location. Parking is tricky, and the walk from the parking garage was unpleasant. In the end, though, worth the walk!
Love the service. Monticello helped us in both my visits and he lit up the conversation with his Italian accent. Great food with fresh ingredients, it's one of the best Naples pizzas in Dallas. Would recommend this place.
The restaurant Partenope features a classic Piaggio Vespa in the lobby and a vibrant, bustling atmosphere with an open kitchen. They specialize in serving fresh Italian food made to order. We have visited multiple times and enjoyed the salumi plate, burrata and brussels sprouts, Mr. T and salad appetizers, as well as the various pizzas. The carbonara was a bit too salty for our taste, but the cocktails have improved, and the wine list offers a good variety of options. The attentive and friendly service adds to the upbeat evening ambiance at Partenope.
