Contribuiți la feedbackService, food, portion one word TRASH. The Asian lady (manager) literally counted out my pieces of Teriyaki chicken while placing them in my tray. The Teriyaki and Sweet fire chicken were dried out over cooked. What a disappointment?! Had I not had only a 30 min lunch, I would've went elsewhere.
So far the best Panda Express I've been too there food is always freshly cook when ever I go.. now they have grilled shrimp..My to go to when I'm undecided
This location is HORRIBLE! I've ordered from here several times because of the convenience. I usually come within the last 2-3 hours of service and they either barely have fresh food or none at all. Don't ask them to cook it either because they won't. Only time they will cook fresh is for an online order. I called several times to complain. The manager is NEVER there after 5/6 PM or they simply won't answer the phone. Last couple of times I went, they barely had teriyaki chicken and it tasted almost chemically. I took it back and they said they couldn't do anything because the manager isn't in. Then I wanted walnut shrimp and teriyaki one night. They said they were out of the walnut shrimp at 8PM! But they made some for an online order?! I settled for teriyaki and orange chicken. I asked for teriyaki sauce packets and they said they were out. I just can't win with this location! I ended up going back inside to get egg rolls and they gave them complimentary. Then the cashier gave me a whole separate bag order. I told her it wasn't mine and I had already picked up my food. She said no you can take it. I asked was she sure and she said yes. I went to my car just to have a different customer come to my car asking for their food. I told her what happened and the employee came to my car yelling and snatching the bag away from me. I asked her why she gave me the food if it was for someone else. She claimed she thought I was picking up for her. It didn't make any sense but at this point the service is absolutely horrible. Someone needs to manage this place better. From now on, I'll be heading to the location in the colony to visit the store that Wendy runs so well! You all could take several notes from her!
Went and order 2sides of bejan beef with noodles, ask the server if the beef is fresh and was told it just had came out. Left and got to work, open the container the beef had burnt smell and was burnt, on top of that I ordered 4 spring rolls they sorted me with 2. I ordered side of walnut shrimp that was missing after waiting for 10mnts for the food tried calling them for 15- 20 mnts but they have recorded msg saying no one can take the call.I noticed bunch of kids working and no one seems to knew what they were doing.Very disappointed that a chain store like this takes customers hard earned money and give them burnt and missing food.
Bravo to the management staff for taking on all of the otherwise non-hirable kids with zero personality. The food was typical for panda, not anything note-worthy there. The problem was the teenage staff who acted like we interrupted their conversation to make them do their job. You don 't go to fast food for the fine customer service, but a few lethargic teens who seem to have a contest of who can be the biggest failure in customer service going, is not what you 'd expect to find. I have never been fearful for the future before entering this store. I would recommend paying with a card so no one has to do anything hard like giving change.
