Meat Point - Dallas

We had a reservation, arrived on time at the listed address, and found that the restaurant was closed. The doors were locked. It is unclear if this establishment has gone out of business.

Avoid the burgers. The buns are burned (purposely? and they don’t know how to make them other than well done.

The marketing for this restaurant should be updated as far as price. Party of 6. A few cocktails, an appetizer and 6 entrees. $431. Food is presented well but expensive. 1 hour before closing, music ceased and waiters began cleaning tables all around us. Loud. Be prepared for restaurant to also add a service charge of 20% automatically to your tab. When questioned was told this is a tip. I asked it be removed so I could split tab and tip with other person at my table. They would not remove it. Was disappointed.

We loved our dining experience the staff was extremely professional and friendly. They helped navigate the menu and brought us a variety of very tasteful dishes! We plan to return!

The service and food were fantastic, and the decor was very inviting.
