Kuai Asian Kitchen - Dallas

Walked in off the street looking for a previous restaurant that was here. Not sure what to expect from Kuai. They seem to be all over the place with their menu. The hot and sour soup with ground pork I chose was salty and insipid. I tried doctoring itup with the array of add-ins provided at the self-help counter, but ended up tossing it in the garbage. If I do come back, itwon't be for the Hot and Sour soup.

The staff here is absolutely incredible. Beroniyca has a smile on her face every time that I walk in here. They have become THE spot for breakfast and lunch in our office! The Tokyo Chicken and Ahi Tuna Tower are both amazing! Also, their breakfast tacosare outstanding!

Beyond friendly staff and the food is fast and tasty! It's one of a few places in downtown Dallas that has a great variety of soups. I've never been disappointed with the quality of their food. I typically order steamed pork dumplings and side saladwith Asian ginger dressing and enjoy every bite. I do miss their frozen yogurt machine though! Worth the ride down theescalator in the Republic Center. FYI: there is no formal seating. You walk up and take the food with you. Plenty of seatingdown the hall!

This is one of our absolute favorite places to eat! It?s always super clean, the customer service always exceeds our expectations, the service is rapid, the food is AMAZING and the prices are just right. You won?t be disappointed.

Good fresh food, but bit tricky to find it inside the building.
