Kookie haven has the best cupcakes and cakes they will ever taste.

4 stars because the cake was delicious but my friend and I went to lunch next door and decided to stop for a tasty egg. during the check-out, they asked if we were together or separated. my friend answered “together” because she wanted to pay for my. well, they have put together our delicious items and I just asked for another box. they said I had to pay for the box, since we originally said we were “together”. I explained we pay together, but we wanted to go our separate way, so please give me another box. They said: “I am sorry that it is our policy. If we asked if it is together, they should not have said yes.” that was absolutely ridiculous! they want to give me another box if I didn't pay for it. what I didn't do because we never asked for our contracts to be together and it was never specified what they meant together. they should have taken a one-off one, considering that their “policy” was not clear!

I ordered a cake for mom's birthday. the cake was beautiful and delicious. was nice to have a cake that was easy and not too sweet. they even told me how to serve the cake, as we had it the next day. When is the last time someone actually asked them when they served the cake to ensure the best result? great cake and good service.

I have ordered a birthday cake for my spouse, I cannot remember the friendly lady who answered the phone, but she was very pleasant and helpful. my spouse is not a “sweet” and when I told her that she proposed the very time naked what I learned meant light frost. from the call to my order to delivery service was amazing. the cake was delicious! I have him the 6" and other than my two little slices he ate the whole cake! the man who doesn't like sweets was impressed. it was delicious! we will now buy our sweets! absolutely recommended!

I’ve been twice, and I will be back many more times , the freshness and taste is top notch, not to mention the ladies who work there are so sweet, almost as sweet as those goodies lol
