Kfc - Dallas

I placed my order, and the staff member was really friendly and chatted with me about the items I had originally chosen. There were a few hiccups, but the quality of the food was good. However, I wasn't too fond of his suggestion to add spices, as I prefer my ketchup to be more on the sweet side. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

I went through the drive-thru, and my order was completed correctly. However, the chicken was overcooked and overly fatty, as it seemed to have been cooked twice. Food rating: 2/5.

I can never get my order right at this KFC. I ordered three pieces of crispy chicken with mac and cheese, but instead, I received two pieces of original recipe chicken with potatoes. This has happened three times now! I will no longer be going to this location; I prefer the one in Duncanville.

Always a good buy. Can beat the original chicken. Crispy not so brilliant. Fries are big and great. Food: 4/5

If I could give 0 stars I would the manager is so rude and needs to fired !!!!!! I usually don’t don’t stuff like this if don’t wanna work quit !
