Jimmy's Burgers - Dallas

Terrible experience. There was a bad smell in the air, the bathrooms were dirty, and one of the workers was careless in following hygiene protocols, using the iPad, touching the register, assembling a burger, and handling fries without changing gloves.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. The owner is an a hole! So I ordered chili cheese fries and a burger over the phone. I get to the place and he rings me up for a large chili cheese fries when I never requested a large whatsoever. So I say I 'm not paying that much for the fries cause that 's not what I ordered. I was ok with him charging me for a small. But then he goes and says well it 's already done. Pretty much making it seem like I have no option to purchase the small chili cheese fries that I had ordered in the first place. So I say I don 't even want the food anymore since he refused me service. He then proceeds to say "that 's b Told me not to ever come back again. I won 't ever be back again cause he has a smart a mouth and doesn 't know how to treat customers. He even tried to argue me down as I was walking out. The food is good but f the owner is trash! Stay away!

These burgers were delicious!! Quick service and very nice owner. Go support them. You won't regret it!

My experience at Jimmy's was disappointing. They served us a raw chicken sandwich and expired ranch dressing, and brought out each dish individually when we ordered multiple entrees for our group. We had to ask them to pack up half of our order to go. The food that was edible was lackluster and cold. The service was distant and indifferent. When we requested napkins (since there were none on the table), they brought us a huge roll of brown paper towels typically found in automatic dispensers. No one apologized for the multiple dishes that were sent back or had to be remade. I will not be returning to Jimmy's.

Literally sold me an expired coke drink then noticed and went back in just to he told we cant take it back for covid reasons and while making my drink selection he told me things were expired...like eww? why keep them in the fridge if they 're expired. I believe it was due to me being gay because all i got were dirty looks inside this place. Steer clear of expired drinks and racism.
