Jack In The Box - Dallas

I ordered a Southwestern chicken salad but it was missing the corn, black beans, and had a brown, soggy salad. I was very disappointed.

All of the restaurants are open at night, which is a big advantage. However, the vegetarian options are limited.

I ordered a burger and was told to come back and get it repackaged in the same wrapping. When I returned, they gave me the same cold burger with just some salad and tomatoes added on. The place seemed unclean and unprofessional. The server at the window was apologetic, but giving me the same burger again didn't show genuine concern. I frequent this restaurant often and was disappointed by this experience. It felt like they were not taking their service seriously.

They love the fast drive-thru service and hot eating after 11 o'clock. big fan of their eier roles, spicy roost fries and my daughter are the 2 tacos.

Orderes at the drive thru and Karina would give me an extra ranch or ketchup... 3 ketchups and 1 ranch is not enough for a large curly fries and 15 tacos. She refused to even sell me the additional ranch and ketchup I asked for.... So I ended returning my entire order of about $20 and took my business somewhere else... lady might have been on her period or mad she had to work on 4th of July because she been with an attitude since I pulled up... she kept thought some stick with a bag over the drive thu window to manipulate the drive thru time to make themselves look good like if they are giving fast customer service I dont think that's corporate approved but I'll make sure to let them know when they call me back tomorrow....
